Legal subscriptions

Our legal subscriptions give you access to legal advice and services every month, for a fee that varies according to the type of subscription you choose. You will have access to our lawyers and legal advisors, to ask questions or request assistance.

We offer three types of subscriptions, for two hours, five hours or ten hours of advice and assistance each month.

You can adapt your subscription to a solution more suited to your needs, or cancel it by notifying us in writing.

How to make a legal subscription on Legalify.ch?
To take out a legal subscription with Legalify.ch, simply choose the subscription best suited to your needs and make your first monthly payment through our website. You will then benefit from the subscription of your choice, and can contact our lawyers and legal advisors to ask questions or request assistance.

How does a legal subscription work?
Once you have paid your first monthly instalment, you will receive confirmation of your subscription by email, with instructions on how to contact us and, if you wish, how to submit your questions directly to our lawyers and legal advisors. In all cases, we will contact you to get to know you and answer any questions you may have.

What services are included in my legal subscription?
Your legal subscription entitles you to a certain number of hours of advice each month, provided by either a lawyer or a legal expert. Our lawyers and jurists can be reached by telephone or email. Personal appointments at our offices are also available on request.

When to pay the monthly legal subscription fee?
Monthly payments for legal subscriptions must be paid in advance for the following month.

What happens if I am late with a monthly payment?
If your monthly payment is overdue, you will be sent a reminder to make a payment. Your legal subscription will be put on hold pending payment of your overdue monthly instalment.

What happens if I exceed the monthly hours of my legal subscription?
If you exceed the number of hours to which your legal subscription entitles you, the additional hours will be billed to you in addition to your subscription.

What happens if I do not use all the hours in my legal subscription?
If you do not use all the hours to which your legal subscription entitles you, these are automatically carried over to the following month. You will therefore be entitled to additional consulting hours the following month. If your hours are not used repeatedly, we will offer to modify your legal subscription to suit your needs.

How can I cancel my legal subscription?
To cancel your legal subscription, simply send us an email to info@legalify.ch or a letter to our postal address at least one month before the date for which you wish to cancel your subscription.
