Keep your limited liability company's share register in accordance with legal requirements. Download a free register in .doc (word) format, along with a detailed explanatory note.
Every limited liability company is required by law to keep a register of its shares. This document must include the names and addresses of shareholders and usufructuaries, as well as the number and par value of shares held by each. To be registered, a shareholder or usufructuary must be able to prove that he/she has actually acquired a right of ownership or usufruct over the shares, and provide supporting documents in this respect. The company is obliged to request these documents and to keep them for ten years after the shareholder or usufructuary has been removed from the register.
Our register is supplied in .doc (word) format, enabling you to adapt it to your needs. A detailed explanatory note is supplied with the register to help you understand the parts of the document that depend on your choice, and to complete them in a way that is specific and adapted to your situation.
